sixarmedman is the website of Peter John Ashby.
He started as a founder member of the cult band Frenzid Melon with Barry Lamb in 1976, followed by a brief spell in the band Blank Screens. Then he helped to form the 4ad recorded band Spasmodic Caress and afterwards the insane picnic. Peter is currently a member of Two Headed Emperor and also records under the name Six Armed Man.
This website aims to bring together all the different projects involving Peter along with his other creative pursuits and any other interests and projects he is, or has been involved with.
